JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was brought after the end of 3 months starting with the date of the act to which the complaint relates (section 123(1)(a) of the Equality Act 2010 and subject to section 140B) and was not brought within such other period as the Tribunal thinks just and equitable (section 123(1)(b) of the Equality Act 2010). The Tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim and it is dismissed. The hearing listed for 13-15 September 2023 is vacated. Judge Brian Doyle DATE: 25 July 2022
