There was no contact in advance from the Claimant that could be identified. Attempts were made to contact the Claimant by telephone and email without success. The Tribunal waited 30 minutes from the scheduled hearing start time and the Claimant neither joined the hearing nor responded to any of the attempts to contact him. In the light of the above the Claimant’s claim is dismissed pursuant to rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 for non-attendance.
