[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £19,800.00 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,705.95.[3]The respondent was in breach of contract by not reimbursing the claimant expenses for Personal Protective Equipment and is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £48.00.
