The claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a case management order sent to the parties on 11 February 2019, the Tribunal informed the parties that the claimants’ claims appeared not to be actively pursued. The same order gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations, or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done and have not requested a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]This judgment does not affect the claims brought by the other claimants in these combined proceedings.
