BY CONSENT Further to the reserved judgment of Employment Judge Holmes dated 28 October 2016 and sent to the parties on 2 November 2016, it is hereby ordered by consent:[1]The remedy hearing listed to take place at Manchester employment tribunal on Wednesday 19 April 2017 at 10:00 am shall be vacated.[2]The 1st Respondent shall pay to the Claimant forthwith and at least within 21 days of the date of this judgment:a. 11 days net pay £1,310.19;b. Unfair dismissal basic award £950.00;c. Awarded for failure to be accompanied £950.00d. Compensation for loss of statutory rights: £250.00[3]The 1st Respondent shall further pay to the Claimant forthwith and at least within 21 days of the date of this order Costs of £1,200.00[4]There shall be no further application or order as to costs
