JUDGMENT
[1]Both claims for unfair dismissal and age discrimination were presented out of time.[2]With regard to the unfair dismissal claim it was reasonably practicable to present the claim in time.[3]With regard to the age discrimination claim it is not just and equitable to extend time.[4]Neither claims were presented within a reasonable further period of time following the expiry of the time limit.[5]Consequently, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear either of the complaints of unfair dismissal or age discrimination which complaints are hereby dismissed.[6]The claimant originally made a claim for notice pay but she confirmed today that there was no such claim and therefore that claim is withdrawn. Case No. 2407957/2022[7]This concludes the litigation and no further judgement direction or order need be made. .
