JUDGMENT
The claimant failed to appear at the hearing. The Tribunal and respondent waited on the line for 10 minutes after the scheduled start time for the hearing. Attempts to contact the claimant by telephone using number provided by the claimant in her claim form failed, the number appears be out of service. The respondent’s representative confirmed that the claimant had not contacted them for some time, the respondent encountering the same difficulty in trying to phone the claimant after emails were not responded to by the claimant. Based on the above the claimant’s claims were dismissed for non-attendance pursuant to rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal rules of procedure 2013.
