The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant’s claim of direct disability discrimination contrary to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim of discrimination arising in consequence of disability contrary to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim that there was a breach of contract is not well founded and is dismissed.
