ON REMEDY The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:-[1]This is a consent judgment pursuant to rule 64.[2]Upon hearing counsel for the claimants and the respondent, and upon reading the claimants’ witness statements, Schedules of Loss and associated documentation, and upon reading the respondent’s witness statement and counter Schedule of Loss, by consent it is ordered that:-[3]All the claimants’ claims for remedy including but not limited to reinstatement are hereby withdrawn by the claimants and dismissed.[4]The respondent agrees to pay the following sums in full and final settlement of all claims before the Employment Tribunal:(a) To Kevin Gregson £43,800 comprising a basic award and a compensatory award; Case Nos. 2407817/2015 2407865/2015(b) To Peter Hilton £43,800 comprising a basic award and a compensatory award.(c) To Thompsons Solicitors £2,400 in payment of the Tribunal fees.[5]No further order, direction or judgment needs be made. 14-02-17 CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 Under the provisions of Rule 69, the Judgment sent to sent to the parties on 17 February 2017, is corrected as follows – that the sum due to Mr. Peter Hilton should be amended to read £40,800 not £43,800.
