JUDGMENT
ON RECONSIDERATION Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 70 Upon reconsideration the judgment sent to the parties on 10 October 2023 is varied so that it now reads as follows:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay in relation to pay for May, June July and August 2023 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £14,514.95.[2]The complaint in respect of a failure to make payments of pension contributions to the Pension Scheme is dismissed because it is a matter over which the Tribunal has no jurisdiction. The claimant should raise that matter with the Pensions Regulator.
