JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal declares that the claimant’s complaint under section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, together with her complaint that the respondent failed to pay her accrued holiday pay on the termination of her working relationship with the respondent, are well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £608 for wages unpaid and £27 for holiday pay unpaid.[2]The total net sum of £635 shall therefore be paid to the claimant by the respondent forthwith.
