[1]The complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages are struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The application to strike out the complaint of protected disclosure detriment in relation to failure to provide the claimant with the outcome of a grievance made in February 2023 (D1) is refused.[3]The other complaints of protected disclosure detriment (D2, D3 and D4) are struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[4]The application to strike out the complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments is refused.
