[1]The correct name of the respondent is Pearson Locke Limited t/a Broker Energy Claims.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period from 27 March 2023 to 18 April 2023. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £688.88. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[3]The complaint of breach of contract for a failure to provide notice is not well founded. That claim is dismissed.
