[1]The correct respondent in these proceedings is Studio Album Brands Limited (the Respondent).[2]A Light Bulb Moment Limited is dismissed as a party to these proceedings.[3]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages when it failed to make any payment of wages to her for work done during her employment.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2373, being the sum payable for work carried out in April and May 2021. The claimant will be responsible for accounting to HMRC for employee tax and NI contributions only.
