Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3264 gross (12 x a week’s pay of £270).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5712. (being a week’s pay of £270 x 14 (number of year’s service ) x 1.5 (taking in to account the claimant’s age).[3]The hearing listed on 16 August 2021 is cancelled.
