JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal in respect of the respondents application to strike out some of the claimant’s claims or for a deposit order to be made is as follows:-[1]The claimant’s claims of disability discrimination are struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant’s claim of sex discrimination in relation to the provision of statements for the disciplinary process is also struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The claimant’s other claims of sex and age discrimination are not struck out nor is a deposit order made.
