[1]The claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed and is entitled to a basic award of £6,220.80. No compensatory award shall be made;[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £537.60;[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued unused holiday entitlement, due at termination of her employment, and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,641.60;[4]The respondent failed to give the claimant a written statement of the particulars of her employment, in breach of section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,073.60 being 4 weeks’ pay for such default.
