JUDGMENT
UPON the final hearing of this matter being listed to commence at 2:15pm and the Claimant not having attended or informed the Tribunal of any reason for his non- attendance despite having been notified of the hearing in the notice of hearing dated 10th August 2023 AND UPON the Tribunal attempting to establish contact with the Claimant by both telephone and email and there being no response by 2:45pm[1]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is dismissed by reason of his non- attendance pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure.
