The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of automatic unfair dismissal under s103A Employment Rights Act 1996 and/or that she was subjected to a detriment under s47B Employment Rights Act 1996 are struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success, pursuant to rule 37(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013. There being no further allegations, proceedings are now dismissed.REASONS
