The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £346 in compensation.[2]At the date of dismissal, the claimant had accrued 11 days’ untaken annual leave for which she has not been compensated by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £832 in compensation.[3]In summary, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £1,178 in total.
