D Myatt v Royal Mail Group Ltd: 2407163/2023
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 19 September 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: The claimant failed to attend the case management preliminary hearing on 19 September 2023 and did not contact the Tribunal to advise it of any unavailability or to seek a postponement. The claimant has failed to explain his non-attendance nor has he made any contact with the Tribunal in that regard. it appears that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 2 September 2024 will not take place.
