The claim is struck out, pursuant to rules 38 and 37(1)(c) and (d) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 15 February 2024, the Employment Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to confirm to the Tribunal that he had made an application to have the respondent company restored to the Register of Companies.[2]The claimant has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 15 February 2024 to confirm he has applied to restore the company to the Register of Companies for the purposes of proceeding with this claim, or that he intends to take such a step.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
