REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £500.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 18 December 2023 as a condition of continuing with the above claims. The Order was sent to the claimant on 22 December 2023. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The case is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The preliminary hearing fixed for 28 May 2024 will not take place.[3]The final hearing fixed for 3-5 February 2025 will not take place.
