[1]By a letter dated 8 November 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because they had not been actively pursued, the claimant having also failed to respond to a letter from the Tribunal of 15 September 2023[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing fixed for 9 April 2024 and final hearing listed on 15 January, 16 January and 17 January 2025 will not take place.
