REASONS
[1]The claimant worked for the first respondent from 1 June 2024 to 22 August 2024.[2]The claimant complains that she was not paid for 16 days of her employment with the first respondent.[3]The claimant also complains that the first respondent failed to pay in accordance with his notice period and accrued holiday pay on termination of employment.[4]The claimant was entitled to gross annual wage of £45,000 and a gross daily wage of £173.08.[5]In accordance with section 86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the claimant was entitled to notice of termination of employment of 5 days.[6]The claimant is therefore entitled to gross notice pay of £865.40.[7]The holiday year ran from 1 January to 31 December. On termination of employment the claimant had accrued untaken annual leave of 4.43 days. The first respondent failed to pay the claimant for her accrued annual leave.[8]The claimant is therefore entitled to gross holiday pay of £766.74. Approved by
