REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £240 following a preliminary hearing held on 7 and 8 February 2024. The Order was sent to the claimant on 27 February 2024. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit.[2]The complaints of unfair dismissal pursuant to s95 and s98 Employment Rights Act 1996, direct discriminations because of religion pursuant to s13 Equality Act 2010, harassment related to religion pursuant to s26 Equality Act 2010, disability discrimination: failure to make reasonable adjustments s20-21 Equality Act 2010 and detriment for making protected disclosure pursuant to s47B Employment Rights Act 1996 are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. Case No: 2406943/2022 2[3]The claimant’s claim that she was automatically unfairly dismissed for making protected disclosures pursuant to s103A Employment Rights Act 1996 is not affected and will proceed to final hearing.
