The claimant’s claims are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.REASONS
[1]The Claim was presented in the North West Region of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).[2]It was transferred to the Midlands (East) Region under the presidential case management order 171 relating to the respondent entering administration. That was arguable in error as the basis of this claim related to the claimant’s earlier dismissal.[3]In any event, correspondence from her solicitor dated 9 September 2024 gave clear and unequivocal withdrawal of the claim and invited the claims to be dismissed.
