JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages as the claim was entered within the time required by section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of holiday pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £268 (for three and a half days or twenty-eight hours of holiday, twenty-four hours at £9.50 per hour and four hours at £10 per hour).
