[1]The claimant was not in attendance. Attempts to contact the claimant on the morning of the hearing to obtain an explanation for his non-attendance were unsuccessful. The claimant has provided no satisfactory explanation for his non-attendance.[2]The claimant has failed to provide a witness statement, schedule of loss or any other relevant documents in advance of the hearing as ordered by the tribunal.[3]The tribunal is unable to determine the issues in this claim in the absence of evidence from the claimant.
