[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal pursuant to s95 and s98 Employment Rights Act 1996 is struck out because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it. The claimant did not have 2 years’ service with the respondent at the time her employment ended so is not eligible to bring this claim.[2]The claimant’s claims other claims are not affected by this judgment and will proceed to hearing.
