The claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 23 March 2016 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations on whether they were pursuing their equal pay claims against Bury Council, we did not receive a reply[2]By letter dated 26 August 2016 we asked that the claimants confirm by no later than 16 September 2016 whether they were withdrawing or pursuing their claims stating that if there was no reply the claims may be struck out without further notice on the ground they are not being actively pursued[3]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, why this should not be done. The claims are therefore struck out. 4 May 2017
