The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The complaint of unfair dismissal contrary to Part X Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded which means it is unsuccessful.(2) The complaint of discrimination arising from a disability contrary to section 15 Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and which means it is unsuccessful. Case No: 2406669/2023(3) The complaint of a failure by the respondent to comply with its duty to make reasonable adjustments contrary to sections 20 & 21 Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and which means it is unsuccessful.
