JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint in respect of a deduction of £268 from the claimant's final pay is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant, that sum having been paid since the claim form was presented.[2]By consent it is declared that the respondent failed in its duty to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements during his employment.[3]By consent the complaint of unauthorised deductions in relation to a pay increase in November 2022 is well-founded and succeeds, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £664.00 representing the additional gross salary to which he was entitled from November 2022 to May 2023.[4]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to a bonus payment of £1500 during April 2023 fails and is dismissed.
