JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of harassment related to disability succeeds in one respect only, namely the actions of the respondent in making a very detailed occupational health referral without seeking the claimant’s consent or input, or informing her at all. The remaining harassment complaints are not wellfounded.[2]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent failed in its duty to make reasonable adjustments in not well founded.[3]The respondent was ordered to pay the claimant compensation of £3,000.00 in respect of injury to feelings attributable to the one successful harassment complaint.[4]Interest of 8% per annum is payable on the award, for the period from 9 January 2023 to 2 May 2025. That interest totals £554.96, making the total award payable by the respondent £3,554.96.
