[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100.00 by 13 June 2024 following a preliminary hearing held on 16 May 2024. The Order was sent to the claimant on 30 May 2024. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of direct disability discrimination brought on the allegation that respondent deliberately delayed the reaching and giving of a grievance decision to the claimant is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]This does not affect any other allegations in this claim.
