The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The complaint of breach of section 168 Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Regulations 1992 (‘TULRCA’) is struck out having been presented out of time contrary to section 171 TULRCA and accordingly under Rule 37(1)(a), this complaint has no reasonable prospects of success.(2) The remaining complaints of discrimination, harassment and victimisation are unaffected by this decision and will be determined at the final hearing currently listed to take place on 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 July 2024.
