[2]By an Order made on 9 August 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claim should not be struck out on the ground that the claim had not been actively pursued.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. In any event the respondent has now been dissolved. A fair hearing is not possible. The claim is therefore struck out.
