Mr CD Warburton v North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue and The Home Office: 2406437/2000

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2406437/2000
Mr CD WarburtonClaimant1. North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service 2. The Home OfficeRespondent
Employment Judge SlaterDate 15 March 2018

JUDGMENT

That part of the claimant’s claim which relates to the terms and conditions of his employment as a retained firefighter is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 13 February 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim for terms and conditions should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim for terms and condition is therefore struck out.[3]That part of the claimant’s claim which relates to pension entitlement is stayed pending further order.
