The claims are all struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 December 2023 and a letter dated 8 January 2024 the Tribunal invited the claimant to reply regarding the progress of the claim. Despite given clear warning of a possible strike out the claimant did not reply and on the 12 April 2024 a strike out warning was issued with a deadline date of 19 April 2024 which gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal; and it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 24, 25 & 26 April 2024 is cancelled.
