JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,990.63.[2]The respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £80.00 as compensation for financial loss sustained by the claimant in accordance with section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £509.62.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £637.03.
