JUDGMENT

The remaining complaints of detriment on the ground of having made protected disclosures that had not already been struck out following the hearing on 14th February 2024 are struck out.

REASONS

[1]Following a preliminary hearing on 14th February 2024 some of the claimant's complaints of detriment on the ground of having made protected disclosures were struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success. In respect of the remaining allegations of complaints of detriment on the ground of having made protected disclosures, the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £75.[2]The Order was sent to the claimant on 19th March 2024.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The remaining complaints of detriment on the ground of having made protected disclosures are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The claimant's remaining complaints will proceed to a final hearing on 8th to 19th September 2025. Employment Judge Rhodes Date: 9th May 2024[1]By a letter dated 2 December 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant has not actively pursued the claim and/or has failed to comply with case management orders which were sent to the parties on 19 March 2024.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 8-19 September 2025 will not take place. Employment Judge Batten Date: 18 December 2024[1]The claimant’s application for reconsideration is dismissed following a withdrawal of the application by the claimant.[2]In light of the respondent’s email of 30 May 2025, there shall be no order for costs. The hearing listed on 11 June 2025 is cancelled.
