JUDGMENT
The claimant complained of unfair dismissal. Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 requires a claimant to have not less than two years’ service to make an unfair dismissal complaint. The claimant accepted she was employed by the respondent for less than two years and therefore she is not entitled to complain of unfair dismissal. Accordingly, the claimant withdrew her claim of unfair dismissal and the claimant’s unfair dismissal claim was dismissed. The claimant’s other complaints are not affected by this judgment.
