JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim against the respondent for failure to pay holiday pay is wellfounded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £1120 (4.67 weeks x gross weekly pay £240) in holiday pay.

[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid notice pay is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £240 (1 week x £240) in notice pay.

[3]The claimant is also awarded £480 (2 weeks x £240) under Section 38 (3)(a)-(b) of the Employment Act 2002 due to the respondent's failure to provide a statement of employment particulars.

[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a total of £1840.
