JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint of unlawful disability discrimination which was presented after the end of the relevant time limit 26 December 2021, and was not just and equitable to extend the time limit to the 11 August 2022. The Tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to consider the disability discrimination complaints brought under section 13 and 20-21 of the Equality Act 2010 which are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal received on was not presented before the end of the period of 3 months beginning with 27 September 2021, the effective date of termination of employment. The Tribunal is satisfied that it was reasonably practicable for a complaint to be presented before the end of that period of 3 months and the complaint was not presented within such further period as the Tribunal considers reasonable. The Tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to consider the complaint of unfair dismissal, which is dismissed
