JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £22942.36, comprising a basic award of £12249.50 and a compensatory award of £10692.86.[2]The claimant was wrongfully dismissed. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £5879.76, comprising twelve weeks statutory notice pay. There shall be no double recovery and therefore this sum shall be offset against the unfair dismissal compensatory award.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1273.87, comprising unpaid wages for the period from 1st to 19th March 2023.[4]The respondent failed to pay the claimant accrued holiday pay on termination. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1714.82.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £25931.05.[6]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
