JUDGMENT
The following complaints are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(c) because the claimant has not complied with the Tribunal orders of Employment Judges Serr and Allen dated 3 August 2023 and 14 February 2024 respectively to provide further information:[1]The complaints of direct disability discrimination and direct race discrimination that from the summer of 2020 until the claimant’s contract was terminated on 28 February 2022, her on screen time as reduced, and she was cut out of scenes and episodes by a number of the respondent’s staff. Allegations 8.5 and 27.3 in the draft list of issues in Employment Judge Serr’s order of 3 August 2023.[2]The complaint of direct race discrimination that in summer 2020, a number of the respondent’s staff did not take any steps to incorrect inaccuracies concerning the claimant which suggested she was racists which appeared in multiple publications.
