The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: The claimant’s claims of unlawful deduction from wages and unfair constructive dismissal pursuant to the provisions of Part II and S98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and for unpaid accrued holiday, pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, succeed. The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is dismissed upon withdrawal.
