[1]This claim was heard alongside claim 2401721/2020, which was brought by Mr John Blackwood (this claimant’s father) against the same respondent.[2]The Code V in the header of this Judgment indicates that the claim was heard remotely, by video.[3]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions contrary to Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and failure to make payments in respect of annual leave pursuant to regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £11,470.62.
