The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,572.00 (£1,406.00 for May 2022; £456.00 + £1,710.00 = £2,166.00 for June 2022; £1,406.00 + £2,166.00 = £3,572.00) within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.
