The claimant’s claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant raised a number of claims, including breach of contract, holiday pay and a claim for a redundancy payment.[2]At the Hearing on 23 August 2019 it became clear that the respondent had been dissolved and removed from the companies house register.[3]The claimant was given until 4 October 2019 to advise the Tribunal whether he was taking steps to have the company restored to the register. In the absence of a response the claimant was advised that his claims would be dismissed.[4]The claimant has not provided a response and accordingly the claims are struck out, the respondent having been removed from the companies register.
